Howzit guys,
The second half of 2025 is shaping up to be an array of epic places, spaces, people, and things, so I thought I would share my adventure calendar with you, allowing you to follow along — assuming the stars align and the wind plays nicely, of course!
Here’s what the next six months look like so far:
Currently – Back In Pakistan
On Saturday the 21st of June, we headed back to one of my all-time favourite places — Pakistan! This time, it's all about the magical Hunza Valley. No Baltoro this year, but that’s on the cards for 2026/27. We'll be chasing thermals until the 15th of July.
Right now, I'm venturing into Hunza valley, framed by rugged, soaring peaks. I'm here with two of my mates (Jeremy Holdcroft and Mark Miller) for the ultimate high altitude hike and fly expedition.
Live updates will follow shortly, and we'll set up a tracker so you can follow our skyward journey along with us.

August – More Drakensberg Meandering
Keeping it homebound with a hike-and-fly mission to Mpong in the Drakensberg. Always good to get the legs and wings warmed up with some classic Berg beauty!
September – Kilimanjaro x 2
Guiding not one, but two Hike and Fly expeditions up Kilimanjaro. Tanzania’s finest with some altitude and airtime? Count me in. This one never gets old.
December – Aconcagua Hike and Fly
We’ll be ending the year on a high – literally – with a guided attempt at Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Americas and the southern Hemisphere. It’s a Hike and Fly, so keep your fingers crossed for the right weather window!
December 2025 / January 2026 – Mt. Vinson
The big one. Mt. Vinson in Antarctica – the final piece of the 7 Summits puzzle. It’s going to be cold, wild, and absolutely unforgettable.
Looking Towards the Skies
Of course, there’ll be plenty of Drakensberg missions scattered in between the big ones. I’ve got my eye on the Grand Traverse Hike and Fly once the Berg starts behaving again in October. That classic Witsies to Underberg (or Bushman's Neck) line will be a stunner when the conditions line up.
So that’s the plan for now! A year of hiking, flying, guiding, and chasing the next horizon. If you’re keen to join an expedition, follow the journey, or just live vicariously from your couch, stay tuned.
There’s a lot more to come.
See you up there! – Pierre
