MOUNT EVEREST
STILL TO BE COMPLETED

Despite being discovered in the 1840s, the world’s highest mountain was only successfully submitted in 1953 by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay. Since then, it has continued to confound many, with many beginners completely lacking any mountaineering experience reaching the summit and many well-known mountaineers, often with several Everest ascents, tragically meeting their death on this temperamental giant.
